How do you share a forum link without getting chat ban?

    IS there a way to post a forum link to help other players without getting a chat ban? I tried to do so and got banned??? Is this not an option in Global Chat?

    Player can't post a link in chat, you can ask a mod to post it for you or sent them a mail with the link.
