Karkinos / Akkorospawn Quests Damage Based

    Make the quests that are last shot for Karkinos / Akkorospawn damage based instead.

    Make it 10,000,000 Damage.

    How many times do random boats come out of nowhere, pop light and steal last shot with dragonfires. It's annoying enough to shoot these things with 500 titansmashers in the map but it's even worse when you get last shot stolen 6 times in a row.

    I'd suggest doing this to prevent rage from smaller players, they won't take this very well.
