    I am wanting to level up to 22. I have the crowns, but it is not highlighted to do the test. What am I missing?

    Do you have a quest active? I seem to recall that tests are just a type of quest.

    Check to make sure you do not have an active quest. Also make sure that you have completed all of the quests leading up to your test.

    Once you have completed all the quests, return to the safe haven and Oswald will automatically take your crowns provided you have completed each quest prior.
