    I lost my pet booty bag while trying to open it after finishing up my emperors bag can someone help me get it back.

    Hey there,

    have you tried contacting support?

    If you do, please describe your problem to them in detail.
    Try providing some proofs. ( Copy of the logbook, screenshots ... )
    Every piece of information is more than welcome and will help speed up the process.

    When contacting support, please ignore any error massages you may get, your request has been sent and will be recieved.
    Aditionally, please do not send multiple tickets to the support, since this causes confusion.
