    Magi Illumni npc is located on maps: 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15.

    is it the green bug? how does it spawn? do i need to kill a specific npcor monster for it to spawn?

    As mush as i know you don't need to shoot any npc to spawn just search on those maps, it's little rare (search everywhere on 1 map then if there isn't search on other).
