    USS_Defender(CAG-01) Exceptional Talent

    The Quest Menu Log is so poorly maintained that for all intend and purposes it is non-functional. There appears to be no systemic accountability for quest completions. A lack of accountability leads to a lack of control which may lead to manipulation of Quest completions.
