    The Seafight Bible says to do the quest
    Quests: Level 36 - 37

    Riding The Waves

    Start At: Fang Weisheng (SH-38/1

    The Fang Weisheng in 38/1 SH does not show any Quests to do.
    Where do I find the Quests for 36-37?

    Hey @HarleyPearl... ,

    quest-giver Fang Weisheng is indeed located in SH-38 but i bet you talk to the wrong one (-:
    theres two of them ( one on the left and one in the middle of SH - thats the one you have to talk to )
