reseting hours

    my questiong is why missions are time zone effected? time zone changed and missions reset time changed and now they reset 11 oclock?....
    harrowstorm was 05 11 17 23.... and every time we had restart harrowstorm was up again now after 1 server shut down its 8:07.12 // 14:07.12 // 20:07.12 // 02:07.12 NOBODY IN BP CAN PATCH THIS SMALL BUGS?
