    shot the sultans joy admiral then we stopped to see if it would rep up like other admirals but it never did. is that a fault? or is it meant not to rep?

    Ahoy,

    Each NPC and Admiral is different. Not all admirals repair at the same speed or even repair at all. This is down to the choice of the Game Designers when creating each admiral, on this occasion, they have decided to not allow this NPC to repair, however, if players request it, they may change this in the future.
