    I Hate to post this and seem impatient but I bought cannons with money and had them removed. I Have had no response from support for 2 days and not even an update on if I will get them back. This is quite frustrating as I don't know if i got a response or if my email is filtering it out.

    Is there any way to find out whats going on? Are they looking into it or working on a script to rebook them or anything?

    Thanks again. I don't know if you have any information but anything would help and sorry to bother you again.
