    Defeat 1 Balhut
    Collect 5 Small Gems

    Balhut can be found in the map 41/2
    Small Gems gained by completing Daily Quest: Hidden Gem

    Description:

    According to the rumors, some nobles weren’t happy that queen Shadi and her sister freed Al’Mahareen from the spell. The Grand Vizier had supporters inside the court, and a lot of them benefited from the Coup. Identifying them will be important, but right now, I’ve heard that a great flying serpent is causing havoc. Make a name for yourself and kill the beast.
