    Hello fellow pirates
The last year in seafghts storyline could very likely be the dead of this game if you ask me.
I have played on/off for 10 years now and I have played active across the servers (not all of them) and I see the same problems everywhere. Some are worse than others.

    1. Very big difference between pirates (Payment/Developer)
    2. Enormous alliances, too many daily missions, nothing to do except missions (Players)
    3. Lag, bot etc. (Developer)
    4. Less and less active players (The consequences)

I tried to highlight the themes in the problems I find relevant.
I feel like the servers slowly are going to be emptied for its active players once again. Sadly I don’t see the developers trying to make the game better for the players or just try to keep them. Many new things have been implemented; levels, ship upgrades and etc.. But it feels like Bigpoint get the reward every time instead.
Many of the problems could have been avoided with small changes in the game. Because I think many of the problems comes from the game being the way it is.
Like for an example use the daily quests. If I have would take all my daily quests I will need to spend 4-5 hours depending on the number of enemies and time spend in war during quest.
One of the problems with bots probably comes from the time issues people will face if they don’t play Seafight fulltime. And of course payment and the prices in the game have a big part in it as well. The prices for in-game items have skyrocket to completely absurd prices. Where did the need for this kind of prices come from? My year say 2018 I wonder If it still say 2008 in Seafight/Bigpoint?
The gigantic alliances throughout the servers are of course something the players manage. But there have never been any needs for big alliances before like this.
In my opinion the needs come from the necessity to have a very little amount of enemies so you can farm pearls, event, crowns and missions in peace. And the dramatic change in payment and the game in general.
With big alliances where the enemies and things to do is very limited, you will bored very quickly because the only thing left is the kind of farming over and over again.
I don’t know if I will accomplish anything by writing this. But some issues have been brought up to review and discussion. Hopefully we can hope for dramatically changes in the future.

I don't see a big problem with bots ... Sorry but did bonusmap is the big waste of time!
A couple of years ago Blue, red, green and yellow map gived so much pearls and was funny to do but the new bonusmap are not the same.
After i agree with all points ... Seafight become a P2W and we are not so much to play actually we was 10x more active players 8-10 years ago.
But the real question is : What can we do for change that ?

I really loved this game and played it so much when i was young ( i started at 7 years old) i was a lover of shoot and i started to shoot instantly without use money ... Now i got 17 years old i don't pay but i can't shoot and destroy peoples with vaudoos 2.... I feel angry to see the new seafight... But it's not only the fault Of BP but too of all the players who use too much moneys in this game for so much new things all the time.

You said the game will die soon, i think the same and BP thinks the same (atleast that is what i feel).
Why do i think BP knows the game will die soon ? packages packages packages. So many packages in the shop that it shows only one thing, they wanna get as much money before the boat drowns. I honestly hope players will get together and stop buying anything for 1 month and then they will listen. I mean come on the best items in this game are under a paywall. I honestly hope if Seafight dies they will sell the title to a company that will do a better job or let the players make private servers.
A company like DE (Google it) would make an awesome job with a game like this.

I completely agree the package race and insane prices for everything dosen't make any sense.
And a new brand behind the game does sound awesome. Dosen't seem like the current holders make any positive changes anyway.

    Well probably.
But still a silent voice won't get anywhere. We need to take the topics up over and over again so it hopefully will help before it is too late.

Brian Morrisroe was put in as CEO of BigPoint last year, at the same time BP was bought by a Chinese game company called Yozu, for x5 less the company was estimated last time.
Brian Morrisroe last work have been in mobile gaming and both companies stated they work on releasing mobile games only in the future (MICRO-TRANSACTIONS).
Well i see where this is going...

Was bought last year so I think we can wait a long time for a new company...

I tried in french server to do my best in the section "idea of suggestions" but the mentality of french players is the worst mentality ever on this game I think, they are a lot of selfish.o_O
I said it cause i'm french so i seen the mentality of a lot of "big players"

Will be not easy to try to change things on this game.

Honestly all the players left gave up a long time ago. It would be impossible to get them together now. Try to enjoy the time we have left now. I for one won't buy anything more as i do not have any trust in this company anymore.

If seafight is really coming to die I don't think they will try to send this game to a new company... In my life on seafight i only spend 60 euros and was for the prenium ( 8 years ago) and bokor 4 years ago.

I will like it to get back to some of the old gameplay. But i will like to see it in a new and better version of the current gameplay.
More new levels and ship upgrades which either is extremely time consuming or just dosen't make sense to do - Like the new pirate levels. It is nice to be level 35 but you don't get much game advantages compared to level 30 and under. So not much difference or stuff to do in higher levels. Which again just is waste of game potential.

I quit playing a while back and just came on to see that nothing has changed in the downward spiral of the game taking it's last gasps of air before death. Seafight's value has diminished so much I believe I saw it advertised for sale on Craigs list, Goodwill/Salvation Army bargain box or on the table at a neighborhood rummage sale.
