    ^ They also offered the cabin boys in the Blackmarket during the latest Freedom event. At 1000 crowns per day mind you, so really not accessible to the players that would benefit the most from them. :(

    Yes I heard they were available for in-game currency as well but only for a limited time until they show up again. Which really again doesn’t make any sense. What is the purpose?
