    Ticket Support Error

    Ahoy Pirates,

    If you are receiving error messages when sending in a support ticket, could you please leave your user id, your server, your browser that you use, along with a ss of the message that appears. Could you also state if you receive a confirmation email to state your ticket has been delivered.

    We are trying to resolve this and need further information from all pirates as to what they see.

    "that it appears everytime we send a ticket,even support people receive messages."

    sorry but i have to say that.....
    this is shame , after few weeks of knowing problem, of players complaing, everytime mods said , that all is ok.
    u asking what browser payers use and ss of error message.......
    what u been doing earlier to solve this problem?
    i been writting to support few times, everytime got error message but weeks ago noone was interested in help players with that.
    solving problem priority:
    1. payment
    2. payment
    3. ...
    ...
    ...
    765498655. players problems
    all is just sad....
