    speeding or parking tickets-just kidding. probably leftover from another event. they had tickets in an event once-sorry i couldn't be more help.

    As bodean said they are from previous evnet. Currently no option to use these but may return in future.

    As mentioned by the others, these are from an event. They were obtainable in the 2014 and 2015 Birthday Event. After the 2014 event they were removed, but after the 2015 event they were not, and have stayed unused since. They cannot be used in-game for any effect, and were the equivalent to Ancient Emblems and Magic Emblems (Ticket and Hex Ticket), allowing you to access the mini-games and Group Maps.
