    The turtle shaped islands are always there. They have been since the first turtle event a few years ago. Its just not active to be shot between the turtle events.

    Codes are often posted in the Forum Event Announcements section. Also, if you selected to get the newsletter you often get the code as an email. They also post the codes on their Facebook page:
