Winter Lights?

    I noticed tonight after the Mega Happy Hour that the description in the Market Cove/Elite Items/Winter lights says the following:

    I have a number of Winter lights on my ship and the description reads differently:

    I have always thought that these lights increase ELP and not EP. Which is correct? Thank you for your assistance!

    Winter Lights do in fact as you state increase your Elite Points earned.
