    Hi there Zoo Directors

On a number of occasions we have had reports from players here in the forum and also in Support Tickets, advising that their game will not load and that all they see is a brown or wooden background on the login page.

    Login No Flash Player.PNG

The usual reason for this is that Flash Player is not enabled on the browser that you are using.

No! You haven't done anything wrong - it happens.

Sometimes it s because a message has come on the screen saying 'a plugin has stopped working' and gives the choice of stopping this plugin or 'wait'. AND you may have accidentally clicked on the 'Stop plugin' option. This plugin is the Flash Player plugin which we need to load the game.

    Or

Your browser - and they seem to have a mind of their own - just decides to disable the plugin.

    Don't worry.

Re-enabling the Fllash Player plugin is a simple process - but can vary slightly depending on which browser you are using - the more common ones being Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge.

Do try to enable the Flash Player plugin on your browser for yourself - and you may need to close off your browser and reopen it for the enabling to take effect.

But if you still need assistance - Hey! we're here to help you. Just confirm that you are using a PC, with a good amount of available memory and that you have the Adobe Flash Player Plugin downloaded to your computer. Also tell us which browser you are using.

More than likely, we will get you up and running and playing your game.

    Cheers for now.

For the 3 most popular browsers that we see and use to play the game - the method of enabling Flash Player is quite similar.

    Google Chrome
    Microsoft Edge
    Mozilla Firefox

At the left of each address bar you should see a little padlock icon - this shows that the web page you are using is secure and you will see it begins with https.

Clicking on the padlock icon - shown in each picture by a RED Arrow - in each case will show a dropdown. Then you should click on the Flash, or Allow Adobe Flash line in this dropdown shown by the BLUE ARROW. Here you can select Allow to enable the Flash Player plugin to your browser.

You will probably need to refresh the page, or close off and reopen the browser to allow the enabling to take effect.

    Mozilla Firefox

    Best of luck

BUT do not hesitate to ask for assistance if you still experience a problem.

    Cheers for now
